Research and stakeholder engagement

The Airport Group has strong inhouse research skills which have been developed in an Australia and international context. TAG believes that research has the ability to provide a sound basis for decision making at airports. Our team have the capability to undertake both thorough desktop research and conduct interviews or gather primary data direct from other sources.

Our research skills complement our airport planning and commercial advisory services. We have provided research services through various projects, including:

  • Federal, State and local government departments;
  • Benchmarking of non-aviation revenue models e.g. rental car lease terms; and
  • Best practice research of comparable airports in Australian and international contexts.
